We charge £5 for postage (for as many items as you like) to the UK, including Northern Ireland. Please allow four to six working days for delivery. To make sure it arrives safely you'll need to sign for your package, so please bear this in mind when filling out your delivery address.

On the Continent
We charge £8 for postage to Europe (for as many items as you like). Please allow twelve working days for deliveries within the EU.

Far Flung Places
We charge £10 for postage elsewhere in the world (for as many items as you like.) Please allow twelve working days and remember that you may have to pay import duties.

Wardrobe Emergencies
If you are having a clothes crisis and need something quickly, please phone or email us and we will do our best to organise next day delivery.

Return to Sender
We have a 14-day fitting period which means you can try on your clothes at home. This starts from the day you sign for your delivery. If for any reason you're unhappy with your order, you can return it for refund or exchange so long as you send it back unworn and unwashed within the 14 days. We send a return form with every order. To send something back, fill this in and post it with the items to us at: Bellaju, South Park Studios, 88 Peterborough Road, Fulham, London SW6 3HH. We can’t accept liability for any lost or damaged items, so we recommend using recorded or special delivery. You will be required to meet the cost of postage unless the item is faulty. If you decide you don’t want a replacement for your item, we will refund your payment within 28 days.

Wrapping
We try to use as little disposable packaging as possible when sending you your goods. This is why your chosen item of silk comes to you in a matching silk bag which you can keep and use in other ways. It’s perfect for retaining the crushed effect of your silk (and comes in handy when going to the beach).
